OUTnewcomers Rapid Response Fund
Emergency mini-grants for LGBTQ+ migrants, asylum seekers, asylees, refugees, TPS holders, undocumented individuals, and other at-risk immigrants in Greater Boston and surrounding cities.
About the Fund
The OUTnewcomers Rapid Response Fund provides small, need-based emergency assistance to LGBTQ+ migrants experiencing urgent hardship, including medical needs, housing instability, food insecurity, utilities, transportation, immigration/legal support, and other basic needs.
This fund is designed to support low-income and at-risk LGBTQ+ migrants who often face barriers accessing traditional safety-net systems due to immigration status, discrimination, language barriers, and social isolation.
Funding is limited and based on urgency, documentation, eligibility, and available resources. Completing an application does not guarantee funding.
